Front desk employee not friendly, hard to understand. Our key wasn’t working, she told us there was bothering wrong with it. We walked back upstairs (no elevator by the way so you have to carry all your luggage up the stairs), keyless entry still did not work. Went back downstairs and she let us in with her global entry. Stains on the comforter, walls dirty. Switched rooms, slightly better but still not very clean. Won’t be returning.

The price for this hotel is more than its worth. Front desk staff was pleasant, initial appearance of lobby is good. Rooms are updated but not as clean as they should be. Our top blanket had stains. The lounge chair/ couch also had visible stains that might be able to be washed. The bathroom wall looked like something dripped down it. We were placed on a floor between players of youth hockey which there was some noise but nothing to complain about, just think they could arrange room assignments better. Overall we were only in town for the night so it did the trick.
