It’s a no go and ratings are incorrect should be 2

Cancelled stay. Homeless and drunks all around. Dirty and dark parking lot. Office not even really labeled and lobby wasn’t clean. Did not feel safe, clean, or friendly. Had to find another hotel option.

I picked this hotel because the reviews were good. The bed was broken, the AC didn't work, the curtain was broken and there was trash under the beds. They need to clean the rooms better and make needed repairs.

Booked my room before arriving through hotels.com Arrived and the girl working the front desk told me my card had declined and needed another card for payment. I told her the payment had processed and I had a receipt from hotels.com For 30 minutes I stood in the lobby while she called 3 different people trying to figure out how to process our room without having to charge me twice. After I asked her to just cancel the room completely so I could go somewhere else she activated a key and said she would get it figured out. She was very nice and apologetic but no one seemed to know how to do anything.
