The restaurant service and food was mediocre at best and on a hot day our AC was not working so we gave it a chance and then had to call to have it addressed which took a couple hours to get fixed including 3 trips to our room by maintenance. We spent most of the evening and night overheated and sweating until it finally caught up a few hours later. Maintenance informed us that the filters had not been changed and should have been in advance of the high season, and showed us a gross clogged air filter pulled out of the AC unit.

We loved the property. It was so beautiful and had an excellent view for the sunset. Dining was great and the breakfast included with the stay was very good! We didn’t have an opportunity to used the spa services, but would definitely make it a must do on our next trip.

Overall great

The desk clerk thanked me for doing the online check in which allowed the check in to take about a minute. The bed was very comfortable. Towels very nice. The room was very quiet. Some refreshing of the trim in the bathroom is needed. We enjoyed Happy Hour food and drink and went back later for the live entertainment which we enjoyed. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The lounge could use updated decor/furniture. The breakfast menu had a very nice variety, however the eggs and sausage were luke warm. Loved the granola!

Room was awesome and we really enjoyed it. However, I would skip the restaurant. Food was inedible and I really hate to say so bc we really enjoy the hotel.

Good visit, will stay again

Perfect for our visit to the Oregon Garden with our dogs - it was close and convenient, staff was friendly and check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was a plus.
