It was the first time that I have stayed at the property and was suitably impressed by the hotel and notably the staff who were focused and friendly. The location is well placed for restaurants in the downtown area as well as the ADO autobus station. I will certainly stay again when passing through Cancun.

Beautiful property, great rooms. Currently renovating but did not interfere with the excellent attention of the staff and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Pool was perfect temperature and very clean. Great place to stay in Cancun Centro!

This new property was such a surprise. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were all super kind and helpful. The market is right across the street and lines of different restaurants are walkable along with a grocery store as well. I would very much recommend staying here!

Excelente experiencia en el Hotel

Es un hotel MUY seguro, limpio y cuenta con lo necesario. Muy cercano de tiendas, mercado, farmacias. Lo recomiendo mucho, el personal fue amable y los costos accesibles. Pd. En el mercado, fuimos estafados por la gente que tiene un local de venta de paquetes turísticos, tengan cuidado. No contraten con ellos.
