The hvac in the room only has one outer and it is pointed at the bed. Have stuffy recycled air blown in my face had my sinuses stuffed and my throat on fire. The shower is awkward, it is super slippery. There is a mat in the bathroom for the shower. However the drain is right in the middle so you can only place the mat off center, which means you are now close to the wall. Terrible design on the shower and hvac. The good part of this hotel, the staff. They were always very friendly and helpful.

The hot tubs were Luke warm - they need to be much hotter. We were looking forward to spending time outside in the pool and hot tub and they were not usable.

The hotel is marvelous in a spectacular setting. The room and hotel interior was great. The room staff, restaurant and front desk staff were courteous and provided excellent service. Was there anything to improve? Hard to find anything.... the top item on the breakfast menu was oats and fruit, wish the oats was served hot!!

The design throughout the entire hotel is fresh, sophisticated, and instantly makes you feel like you've stepped into a luxury retreat. ​ The rooms themselves were immaculate, and we especially loved the thoughtful touch of the plush robes provided—they instantly elevated the experience and made the stay feel incredibly luxurious. ​ Beyond the accommodations, our dining experience at the in-house restaurant was top-notch. The meal was absolutely fantastic and truly "top notch," but the service made it unforgettable. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, and made us feel perfectly cared for throughout the evening. ​The Malcolm Hotel offers an exceptional blend of modern style, meticulous cleanliness, and stellar dining.
