Unfortunately, there were a few things. Let me get started. I checked in, went to my room and because I was driving all day. First thing I did was take a shower. the floor in the bathroom was filthy it hadn’t been mopped , I didn’t complain. It just threw towels down and walked on the towels, number two was that after I came back from having dinner and sat out in the lodge and watch television in front of the fireplace, which was warm and comfortable . the bar was to the right from sitting, and it was very loud in there a whole lot of laughter, just having a good time which didn’t bother me, so I just turned up the TV a little bit shortly after a blonde short elderly woman walks out and said that I needed to turn down the TV. It was too loud and I reminded her the room that you just came out of with the group of people that you’re with are the ones that are making all the noise this TV wasn’t that loud. I believe she was the night manager blonde short elderly. Sort of felt like a double standard if I had been in the bar with them, it would’ve all been OK. At breakfast in the morning there were six police officers parked in front hotel, and there was a homeless gentleman they were escorting out., mind you I was told that I needed a room fod to enter after 11 PM. They certainly need to hire security.

Upon entering our room, it was 80 degrees on the thermostat, our room fridge was standing open with a wad of towels hanging out of the bottom of the fridge, onto the floor. Apparently trying to defrost the freezer? we had to open a window to get it to cool down enough to go to bed which also meant listening to traffic nonstop...
