Stains on throw pillow, sheets, and shower curtain. Corners and grout were gross. I found a couple of stray hairs on the bed when I pulled the covers back.

Do not stay here!

We booked a night because we were taking a cruise out the next morning. The hotel was dark, poorly kept and overall in dire conditions. There are many others hotels in the area that looked a lot better. It was expensive and definitely not worth the price point.

Everything was fine. Water temparate, a cool looking "waterfall" added to outside hot tub, close to wildlife and beach adventures. The only thing that appear not perfect was a seat cover in the breakfast room had a pronounced discolored area, but did not appear tattered. Great place recommending it to family.

They really need help at the front desk. The clerk was overwhelmed and no one was friendly due to being overwhelmed. We called down to ask a question and they couldn't answer the phone because it was busy and while the gesture of breakfast being included was a great idea, that was the worse breakfast I have ever seen offered by a hotel. The eggs were I don't know how to describe and there was no meat at all just cold breaded items and eggs. As stated it is great that you even offer it but part of the reason for choosing this hotel was because you offered breakfast and I knew we would be rushing out during checkout to go on our cruise so I thought that would be a great spot to sleep, eat, park if we needed to and then leave. Parking we were told was first come first serve, so we didn't even bother with that but then we still had to go to a restaurant nearby to eat and I know it wasn't just us because I overheard other guests saying they were headed to IHOP. To me that is a waste of food if no one is really eating it. Please serve warm food that people like if it is part of the package we are paying for. Other than that we love the actual property.

They didnt provide a free shuttle from the port even I called them and instead they kept putting us on hold and they are not very friendly. Very rude staff and we are bit staying with them anymore. Their breakfast is not worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The in room fridge was a bonus. Breakfast was plenty of options and the room was big enough for guests to not be crowded in. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone I know going to the area

It’s a must stay

We cannot ask for the any better place to stay the front desk, girl who checked us in no matter what we needed. She was there for us. She is totally totally awesome. We want to thank you thank you for hiring somebody like this. We need more people like her in the workplace she goes way way beyond her duties. Thank you so much.
