Well I know it’s continental so not expecting much and that’s what you receive . Over pay for a room because of location to the port of call . Had to put a towel down inside the shower so I didn’t fall and break my neck . Won’t use this place again . Had the same staff member check my in with little to no interaction this is the second time I’ve seen here in 5 months must of been towards the end of her shift or she can’t function without a cell phone in her hand like most young adults these days

I was not pleased with the service of this hotel My husband I stayed here prior to cruising. We were wondering why we were upgraded to a suite. At first we thought… oh nice! That’s because the TV’s weren’t working in none of the rooms and they didn’t disclose that information to us. Communication and staff wasn’t the best. Coffee in common area was cold. Room was clean. And the kicker was nothing not even a Walmart in close vicinity. Post cruising I wouldn’t stay here again. Not impressed at all…

This property was in a perfect location. You can see the cruise ships through the trees in the back of the hotel. That’s how close you are to the port. We returned our Rent-A-Car and actually walked back to the hotel. Great hotel and lots of restaurants close by. very clean and modern.

Nice enough hotel. Our room was great except the blinds weren’t working. One set wouldn’t go up and the ones closest to our bed wouldn’t go down. They offered to move us to a different room but it was late and we were already in our pajamas. They do have a cruise and airport shuttle at a very reasonable rate.
