Late check in for us, but the staff was so great and helpful! Thankful for the accommodating staff in the restaurant up until 10 and we enjoyed relaxing around the beautiful pool area. So convenient to the cruise line terminals and was offered parking for the entire trip.

Place was great and convenient for what we wanted it for. My only complaint is why would a hotel charge you $12 for over night parking , I'm staying at a hotel , of course I'm going to need a parking space and should be included in the $200 a night fee ,

The hotel stay provider offered a room closed to the construction area. We checked the area before accepting the room keys and it looks very unsafe, noisy and far from the swimming pool. The service provider refused to change the room due to the lack of availability and agreed to provided a full refund.
