Located just off the main road, in Cape Canaveral, the condo is only 300 yards walk to the beach. It is only a quick drive to Port Canaveral, with its restaurants and Exploration Tower; the condo is near to the Cocoa Beach Pier, and also Kennedy Space Center.

The inside is very nice and the A/C works wonderfully. It is stocked with necessities (towels, shower stuff, kitchenware) and even had beach stuff available to borrow. Disney+ and Hulu was free to use on the TV. Overall really nice and the parking was convenient plus the walk to the beach was quite nice.

Great location

The property looked exactly as pictured. It was on the small side, but perfect for a couple staying a few days.Being compact, there wasn't a lot of space for storing luggage. Luckily, we packed light! Clean, contemporary furnishings with everything needed to make your own meals, but also close to many area restaurants.The location was good being only a block & a half off the beach, which made it very handy to walk down to watch a rocket launch. The closet contained beach chairs, toys & even a sun hat. The neighborhood was typical for a beach town & we always felt safe walking around, day or night. We had no issues with noise whatsoever.Lastly, Petra, the property manager, was very responsive whenever we had questions.

Nice little place for a quick getaway. 1 block walk to the beach crossover. Unit was clean. Only drawback is there is no washer and dryer.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location 1 1/2 blocks to the beach with good views of Cape Canaveral. Had hoped for a launch but weather didn’t permit it. Would definitely stay again. Only negative was I had hoped for some up to date visitor information as we had never been in that area.

Nice stay

This freshly appointed property was a joy to stay in. Because you have multiple residents above, beside and across from you, if you do not like loud noises you are dependent upon the grace of your neighbors which is the case in many, if not most, rentals. That said, we stayed for 32 days and only heard loud noises at night 2 times and then for less than a minute so the comments about noisy neighbors in prior reviews didn't apply to our stay. I would stay there again for sure - very close to the beach and close to the Rec Center and library.
