The house was in the ideal location, a half a block away from the yacht club beach, which my grandchildren loved ,good sunsets. The house itself had a few issues. Pool fence was in such disarray that we had to call the property manager to have her come out and fix it. She then had someone else help her fix it and it was still not 100% . we made sure that our grandchildren were going out by the pool by themselves, which is something that everybody should do anyway. The countertop in the kitchen, the corners were extremely sharp and my grand grandchildren at the height that they are could have smashed into it cutting themselves severely but again we made sure that they didn’t get close to the countertops. There is some mold in one of the bathrooms we overlooked that and went on with our vacation. Some things were not operating correctly. There are two ceiling fans outside one of them was about to come off of the ceiling think it was hanging on by a screw so he left that one off during our stay patio furniture was disgusting. The cushions had so much filth on them. We were afraid to sit on them. There wasn’t enough linen in the house as far as bath towels so we had to continually wash bath towels, and when we did wash bath towels, the washing machine in a spin cycle vibrated so much. It sounded like it was going to go out into the garage so we quickly ran to shut it down and did limited washing from their own out. It’s an older home that definitely needs some upgrades.
