Please come and enjoy our 2BR / 2BA 1410 Sq ft. POOL home located in the quaint fishing village of Matlacha.
Matlacha is located in SW Florida just east of Pine Island. The area affords the water enthusiast with endless opportunities. The town has many art galleries and unique shops, many of which have the work of local artists. There are also restaurants and bars with daily live music. The home is located just 30 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport and only a few minutes from a modern grocery store, chain restaurants and shopping.
Either Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island can be reached by car in about 40 minutes. If you have a boat, Sanibel or Cayo Costa are about 40 minutes. Matlacha Pass has some of the best inshore fishing in SW Fl.
We presently live in the North but have very helpful property managers only a few miles away. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 10 AM. There may be some flexibility depending on the schedule.

Cute and cozy

The house was in a good location for us. It was on a canal with easy access to the bay. The kitchen was well-stocked with every appliance you would need, as well as dishes and silverware. The owner was very quick to respond to a small issue we had with the internet.

Blue Lagoon in Cape Coral

Wonderful place to relax and enjoy life! I wouldn't change a thing. Plenty of room and kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking inside and out. All around perfect spot!

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I escaped the north for 10 beautiful days to this lovely home in Matlacha, Florida. Just over the bridge from charming Pine Island, there were lots of places to eat and convenient to most anything else you’d need. The house is just darling and has everything you could need for the stay. The pool, deck, and lanai were truly lovely. The owners were very responsive to any questions we may have had. We definitely will return!

Amazing Spring Break

We arrived super early in the morning and they had the lights on for us, very welcoming! The house was very clean and comfortable. Two ensuites were a very nice treat. The pool and boat lift were the icing on top!! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a worry free vacation!

Beautifully decorated house, a pool and a canal full of fish! what else could you want. Minutes to fine restaurants and shopping. We loved, loved, loved this place! Matlacha is a quaint little town, and the neighourhood where the house is located is nice and quiet. The house itself is spacious and has all the necessary amenities at your disposal. We really enjoyed the local restaurants Micelli's and Bert's Bar & Grill. Paul and Petra were graceful and responsive hosts. We highly recommend this place to other people and will definitely come back.

Happiness is this Heated pool in Matlacha

Matlacha is a wonderful, quirky little town that marries flower-child vibe with a down-to-earth angler’s paradise. This lovely home made exploring it a dream! Very comfortable beds and couches, the most attentive hosts imaginable, and a yummy heated pool for relaxing, all contribute. There’s no close beach without a drive, but a sunset cruise on the canals, a warm, mineral springs an hour away, and the freshest fish you’ll ever grill, make it a very, special, one-of-a-kind vacation!
