Our property is located just 4 blocks from the beach and Washington St Mall. Street is very quiet. This is a 2nd floor unit WITH OFF STREET PARKING!!!! NO METER FEEDING OR FIGHTING FOR A SPOT.
Amenities include master bedroom with bath, 2nd full bath, laundry, full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, SMART TV's in living room, master bedroom, and bedroom 2, full WIFI access, two gas grills, central air conditioning. ALL 3 BEDROOMS HAVE UPDATED BEDDING, MATTRESSES AND FURNITURE. We do not provide sheets and linens but there are services in the area that will provide them for a small fee. Ok….

I rented this property based on the “oh, so clean”reviews. Well…. when I went to wipe a spill off the kitchen floor, the paper towel ended up being dark grey, indicating that the floor hasn’t been washed in a while and there is a distinct “aroma” to the rental and I’m not sure where the source is. It kind of smells like low tide at times. Might be the carpeting - which appears to have never been cleaned. The kitchen amenities are sparse. However… there is no mold present in the bathrooms, which is a plus. Dated property. Having to lug everything up 17 steps was a bit challenging and there was no lighting up all those steps at night - there appears to be lighting… but it didn’t work, despite trying several switches inside. I will say that the owner is a very nice person and extremely responsive to any inquiry I had… which made me sad when I arrived and wasn’t really pleased with the property. I REALLY wanted to love it, but I won’t be staying again.

First of all, check in was slightly confusing, as VRBO stated 3pm check-in, but the paperwork sent to us from the property owner said 4pm. Plan for a 4pm check-in, NOT 3pm as the website states. Overall the house was clean, easy to find, and the location is excellent. The owner was also very responsive, which I appreciate. Quite an upgrade from our last place. Overall, my family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. Easy recommendation.

Great Cape May Christmas

We have stayed at Dave’s property several times for the days around Christmas. Everything is always perfect. The house is well appointed & stocked with anything you will need. The location is great, a 10 minute walk to Washington Street mall & about the same to the beach. Communications are always easy & prompt. Hopefully we will be back in 2025!

Off season week with the dog

Great stay in a great neighborhood. Easy off street parking with everything in walking distance. At first I thought it was weird that we needed to provide sheets and towels but honestly, it was nice to have our own linens and blankets. Quick walk to beach and great restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

Girls Getaway

Our stay was perfect. Very relaxing and close to both shopping and the beach. We found an unexpected adventure in the candle making just 2 blocks away. David was the best host. We would definitely stay here again!
