The Icona in Cape May totally earned its five stars seriously, the hospitality was amazing and made our stay absolutely perfect. The staff were incredible from the moment we arrived; they were super attentive and genuinely friendly throughout our whole trip. The cleanliness was honestly what really set this hotel apart. Our room was spotless, and the room service was next level, going above and beyond to make our beds and clean the space perfectly every single morning. It was awesome to start the day feeling so refreshed and pampered! If you're looking for a luxurious and well-run beachfront spot, we couldn't recommend the Icona more.

We had a delightful experience at the ICONA for our Anniversary. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Additionally, the staff at ICONA were nothing short of professional and kind. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made our stay even more enjoyable. We were very pleased with the level of service provided. It is definitely a place we would recommend to others and revisit ourselves.
