The hotel was really nice; we had a lovely view of the ocean (only a two minute walk from the hotel), and because you’re a guest at the hotel, the staff working on the beach sets up complimentary chairs and an umbrella for you. You’re given towel cards and exchange them each beach visit for clean towels. The restaurant staff comes to the beach and takes food and drink orders for you from a menu they provide. It’s really quite nice. They do the same at the hotel pool, too. We enjoyed that - as well as having drinks on the sofas of the terrace at the restaurant. And we did have one meal at the restaurant (breakfast - it was so good), and popped in for a happy hour before going out to dinner at a restaurant along the shore. We loved staying here We enjoyed our six night stay except for two of the nights A really rowdy wedding party was next door to our room - INCREDIBLY loud and disruptive. I had to call the front desk at 1:00am bc the guests were on their balcony yelling, laughing… drunk stupid behavior. The second night was more of the same but this night they were in the hallways, pounding on the doors of other guests, laughing, yelling… ANNOYING. We had to deal with two nights of this and it was impossible to sleep - even with ear plugs. I was hoping the staff would have been more firm about that - maybe informing this group that there are no parties after 11:00pm(?), or offering us something in return bc we were being wildly inconvenienced during our stay.

We should have been Given a Sofa Bed, 🛌 Signed Up for 2 Plus Child when Booking! We got charged Extra $100 and Needed to Check Out Day Earlier than Expected. When we were checking In I was told there would be Credit for 1 Day for Future Booking but None was Given when we Left! Didn't Expect My Booking To Be taken Advantage Of The Emergency situation! Manager should have given us 1Night Credit

I paid top dollar for ocean view but decks of units are not separated so neighbors who sat outside and smoked caused smoke to enter our room. Also no privacy nor safety, we left deck door open neighbors could easily enter our unit. Separate decks but separated only with 3 foot divider. This prevented us from sitting out and enjoying g ocean views and sleeping with deck door to ocean opened.

We keep coming back each year because we love the location, the cleanliness, the safety, and now the Pier House! My only issue is checking in early- I would even pay a little extra- we come from out of town- like most people- and you just want to get yourself in the room and situated so you can go enjoy the beach- they send us a text saying if you come early- and we have your room ready- you can check in early. It has NEVER happened- and they take our number and always say they will text us- but again- it has NEVER happened. It really makes you feel like this is just a ploy- I would rather they just be honest and say we don't do early check ins....

reading about room online, it mentioned the view from the room being only partial. If partial you mean a brick wall on an enclosed terrace with a view of the patio next door. Just mention there is no view.

Spacious, well appointed, quiet, and very clean rooms, parking was easy. Slow EV (6.5KW L2) charging if needed. The pool is heated and nice, and the restaurant serves great food, but only had 4 kid options and is pricey. The side facing ocean views are not really worth it. The ac is loud, you get used to it, but at this price it should be quite. The wifi is horrible, basic web surfing works, but streaming doesnt. If you need a crib you have to rent them from a third party. All in all a good experience.
