Beautiful resort. We stayed in a newly renovated room on the top floor and the views are fantastic. We enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shops.

Barbra and the rest of the staff are very friendly. They gave great suggestions of things to do and places to eat while on the island. The room was clean and beautiful. If you like being surrounded by nature, this is a great spot.

We stayed on the Kona Coast from July 12–19 with a group of five adults, one teenager, and three children, and this home was absolutely perfect for our multi-family getaway. The layout—with separate houses—gave each family their own space while still letting us all be together.Guy, the host, was fantastic. He met us at the property, gave us a tour, and made sure we felt right at home. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, pool toys, and other extras that made traveling with kids so easy.The private pool and tennis court were a highlight for both the adults and kids—we spent hours outside enjoying the space. This was a truly memorable trip, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This was our first time vacationing on The Big Island after many years of visiting Oahu, Kauai and Maui. This island and THIS HOUSE were worth the wait!!! We have absolutely loved our stay enjoying the amazing view, pool, deck, house and VIBES. Dan was a wonderful host, great communication. We explored a little every day, but mainly spent time here CHILLING. So grateful, and already planning to come back! Mahalo!!!

Once you know that there aren’t many sand beaches on the island this property really shines. There’s a local swimming/fishing hole within easy walk, and then it’s central to exploring the other attractions around Kona and Volcanoes
