AC off and room was a sauna, rollout bed was disgusting and dirty and no sheets or pillows available for use, no continental breakfast because service said they were running behind.

You get what you pay for.

The hotel had no housekeeping, the shower curtain was filthy and there was no slip guard strips or safety handles in the tub shower. The hallway from my room to the lobby was dirty. The refrigerator in the room had no freezer department and the cooler unit barely worked and the floor in my room was dirty.

This is a no frills hotel. Reasonable rate for a room. The door was hard to open, no tv remote in room, no closet, and the floor had a crack in the laminate.

It appears that they are trying to update this hotel but they have a long way to go! Just having new sheets and bedspreads would go a long way! They also need to get rid of the carpet and fix things when it gets broken! They didn’t have ice for drinks in the bar and I had to reuse a plastic cup! Don’t serve drinks if you can’t properly!! Sad very sad!!

Put in wrong room. Room was not fully cleaned. Couch bed had stains. Toilet leaked. Did not come daily to change trash or clean room. Breakfast cereal was stale. Breakfast was cereal waffles and toast. Staff was not friendly.

Room was clean. Breakfast was not good could cause someone to potentially become sick due to improper storage of cold items and food was stale. Had a refrigerator there that had never been clean and had something brown and nasty in it

Friendly staff at the front desk. Booked a different room with 2 larger beds and they did not have it available. Come to find out later it was given to a couple prior to us coming because they didn’t have the room they booked available either. There was trash around the pool. Cleanliness for breakfast was poor, I had to clean off the table before we sat down. Also, individual packages of cream cheese were left out at room temperature and still there at 11 when we checked out. Doing the best they can but professionalism was lacking.
