The bar and restaurant was closed, that happend to be the main reason why we booked at Hyatt House for the night. And the bed was perfect if you want a hurt back in the morning. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They are the ones that make the hotel as nice as it is.

Bar was open kitchen was closed, after a long day of traveling and hiking we were counting on the kitchen being open. Convenient for the hotel not convenient for the guest. Breakfast in the morning was worse as the night attendant was able to get a full night sleep and not attend to any of her duties. Breakfast was delayed 40 minutes while the morning staff arrived to find nothing done. If you're going to advertise something provided then provide it. People staying in hotels have traveling schedules and count on services being on time.
