Our stay was very nice. The 24hr coffee bar was very good. Two things I beleive should be addressed are: there should be a grab bar installed in the tub/shower. The tub is shaped like a bowl, and I slipped while stepping in. Also on our departure day my wife and I went downstairs to have breakfast before checking out. We then went back to our room to collect our suitcases and our door key didnt work. After speaking to the deck clerk she said the key isautomatically disabled on your departure day. This practice should be re-evaluated and modified.

Room was good. Fitness center needs attention. Elliptical machine made a clicking sound with each step. Recumbent bike tension could not be adjusted. TV remote was not working. No towels.
