Big Rooms & Great Breakfast, But Hot Water Issue

We had a great stay overall! The rooms were very spacious and clean, making for a comfortable experience. The continental breakfast was delicious, with a nice variety of options. The only downside was the lack of hot water at night—not even lukewarm. Thankfully, there was hot water in the morning, but the issue persisted the next evening despite notifying the front desk. Aside from that, the stay was very enjoyable, and the hotel provided a welcoming atmosphere. With a fix to the hot water situation, this would be a perfect place to stay!

This is really bad hotel. AVOID. The first room they put me in reeked of cigarette smoke and the WiFi was completely useless. I asked to move to a room closer to the lobby which fixed the internet problem, but now the room smelled lightly of mildew. ALSO: I turned on the TV and found that it didn’t work at all. The fridge in the room froze everything I put in it. The pool is also completely disgusting - I would never swim in it. (It was 80 in Feb) The only good thing was the front desk person. He was cool and nice.

Sweet Suite

We stayed in one of the suites. The wet bar area included a refrigerator, microwave, and a separate bar height table. Great for having snacks and drinks! There was also a TV watching area, and a separate bedroom with a huge closet. Definitely worth it to go with the suite!

While the furniture and carpet is newer, the room needed a ton of maintenance. The peephole was broken and they stuffed Kleenex in it to “fix” it, none of the outlets worked properly, the shower head was immovable so if you’re over 5 ft forget about showering, and the bedside lamp was broken.
