Your staff are very respectful, kind and courteous even when I witnessed a horrible customer berate them over soap. No one should be treated that way, and I hope your establishment sees their good dead.

Best Western Centralia

I’ve stayed here several times now (hotel is in my home town). This is the only hotel I would recommend in Centralia. Very clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good, rooms are spacious, plenty of parking, Walmart across the street, restaurants nearby, safe.

Almost perfect

The hotel looked like new despite being seven years old. The bed was very firm, which I prefer, therefore, I slept very well. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean and looked like new. My only issue is that the plastic flatware to be used for the breakfast was too flimsy. It was too hard to cut a waffle with the utensils. I suggest they buy better quality plastic flatware.
