I am unclear why I have to repeat everything I did with online checkin again at the front desk…had i known that I never would have done online checkin…room bathroom had stained ceiling and slow shower drain and spackle on the walls from a repair…we slept well, so grateful

Overall everything was great. Just minor hiccups. Bathroom ceiling pealing, water pressure in shower very weak. Had to hold the Spicket nozzle to get some pressure, and door wasn’t closing properly.

Felt very unsafe ..people permanently living on property..it was myself (60yr female) my mother (83yr)…once realizing this we immediately checked out at 10pm the 2nd night. We were scheduled for 4nights. We moved to another hotel.

I was very disappointed that the Bar was closed because that is the main reason I decided to stay, plus the $150. incidental fee was unnecessary, the TV remote was very difficult to understand, I will not stay there again
