We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is right on the beach, the property was clean, quiet and spacious. The staff was very helpful and available whenever we needed them. While everything worked, the rooms were larger than most any hotel (think condo sized) and while they could use a bit of a refresh, the value for the room was outstanding. (We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite.)

Think twice then don’t

Came from Hilton Enclave, decided to stay a couple more days but they had no availability so I booked here. As a Hilton owner & this being another Hilton property, I had high hopes. Very disappointed. It’s older, so I knew to expect certain vintages. But the dirty carpets, the pools don’t look clean, the pool towels are shameful old & tattered. Kitchen appliances were new so there’s that. The parking garage is dark, the elevators looked like they’ve never been swept, no lighting, no camera, feels vey unsafe. Paid close to 500 for two days & at a Hilton that’s cheap but this was like a Super 8.

Travel alone and felt safe My oceanfront room was fully equipped and clean. The Spa located in the hotel was exceptional. Full bidy massage put the icing on the cake. Love my stay. Hotel was a little pricey.

The check in took 1hour and 15minutes. There was only one girl checking people in and there was a big line. Eventually they added 2 more people but we were on that line for way too long. Everything else was good.

Great Stay

We had an amazing time on our last minute anniversary weekend. I messed up and booked the wrong night but contacted this customer support and they got it changed no problem. Hotel had super friendly staff along with great amenities. Room was clean and water pressure was amazing!

For the for the price I paid, we found ants in the bathroom, the guide on the TV would not work, the parking was a block away and very congested. The kitchen faucet leaked, The floors were never swept, room phone didn't work, and the moldings on the living room floor were broken.
