Stunning 2BR/2BA Oceanfront Condo

OCEANFRONT condo with 4 separate beds for comfortable sleeping. Very nicely decorated and It is a short walk to the boardwalk where all of the restaurants and activities are located. Enjoy nice Polywood furniture on the deck for a glass of wine or eating dinner at sunset. There is a full size W/D in the unit. I have a smart TV with cable and wireless internet. Pet friendly (Max 2, 1 for $100 or $150 for 2),IF it's a short stay or hypoallergenic dog, I may lower the fee. Linens(sheets and towels) are $60 extra. If you would like to bring your own please let me know after you book and I will send you a $60 credit.
If this condo is booked on the dates you seek, I also own a condo at 512 Carolina Beach Ave N., unit 1A(a block north). Pricing is about the same. and it has a pool.

Perfect spot. Easy walk to the boardwalk, local restaurants, the harbor. I didn’t need to drive anywhere but to the grocery store. The unit had everything we needed for comfort. Great ocean view. It was perfect. Home away from home for the week.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a short but very nice little getaway at this lovely property. The best part was the balcony and gorgeous views! We also loved being able to walk the beach so easily with the private staircase over the dunes. The listing is as advertised and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to come to Carolina Beach!

Beautiful view!

We loved staying at 1A and getting to have our coffee while watching the sunrise from the balcony! Beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided! Most importantly, my dog had a great time catching her frisbee in the waves! And we loved going to the dog friendly restaurants like Havanas, Sea Witch, and Nollie’s Tacos. Thank you!

Great location!

It was wonderful to stay just a short walk to the sand! The porch was a fabulous spot to relax on, the beach was wide and pristine, the condo had everything make our stay comfortable! The host was great about answering all questions and concerns quickly.

If you stay in 1A plan on not sleeping or resting due to all the noise above you. From the cleaning crew daily and the THUMP THUMP THUMP that is never ending. Highly not recommended!!!!!

Easy access to the beach, two balconies, plenty of space and nearby restaurants and shops. The refrigerator could have been more clean (sand in the door compartments and the front looked like it hadn’t been cleaned). Otherwise, a lovely place to stay the week with my two granddaughters! Great beach condo!

The condo was clean upon arrival and we had pretty much everything we needed during our weeklong stay. Plenty of space for our two teenagers and dog! Loved sitting in the rockers on the balcony listening to the waves. Location was nice as it was walking distance to the boardwalk area and some restaurants. My only complaint would be that we heard a lot of noise from the upstairs unit. It sounded like lots of jumping and stomping and would make the ceiling fan in the living room rattle. Nothing was heard from next door, even though there were people staying in that unit. So, not really a complaint about the unit itself, probably just our bad luck as to who was staying upstairs! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Cozy family getaway with the pups!

This property was everything we needed to relax for a week at the beach with our teenagers and dogs. The property was clean with a well organized kitchen, and stocked with extra toiletries, hangers, and cleaning supplies. I loved the large kitchen sink with garbage disposal and the bar with bar stools. It was just the right size for our family of 4 with 2 small dogs. I love that both bunk beds were full size mattresses. This was great for older kids. The large washer and dryer were nice to have throughout the week as well. Beach access was easy and close. We were able to go back and forth from the ocean all day. The location was great as well. It was not a super congested area, but the Carolina Beach Boardwalk was still within walking distance. We could walk there in about 10 minutes, which saved us a lot in parking fees to go down to that area for shops, treats, and riding the Ferris wheel. We would definitely stay here again.
