Staff friendly. Pools had odd hours. Rooms clean. Railings broken on stairs. Lots of peeling paint. Nice setting. Plenty of parking.

Hot springs and massage amazing! Be prepared for lots of stairs. If you did not get the upgrade. Also, we did not have a microwave in our room. Which made meal planning difficult as the diner is amazing. But has upscale pricing, it's definitely worth it, wonderful place.

Great amenities, comfortable room and tub. Noticed that we were not asked (unlike other guests who checked in) whether we wanted room service. We never got room service which was fine. However, at the end, front desk nearly charged for 2 water bottles that we never got. Luckily, by making sure we checked out, we avoided an inexplicable charge.

Everything was absolutely splendid. The room was a good size, clean and on the Wind River Canyon. The room was ready early. We opted for a room with a private hot tub on the balcony -- with fresh mineral water. The pools were clean and pleasant. Ample parking and easy access to the facilities. The staff and crew were friendly and accommodating -- very helpful. The king bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this resort to my friends.
