This 3 story open floor plan lake house is a large group vacationers dream featuring 9 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms and sleeps 32. Features 3 full length 50-foot-wide decks (that's 1500 additional sq. ft. of living space for your enjoyment) all with beautiful lake and mountain views. A large main kitchen on the main floor, plus kitchenette with wet bar on the lower level. A laundry room on the middle level. A 2 story private dock with covered slip, electric outlets, dock furniture and a slide! Free internet, long distance and cable.

The main floor features a fireplace, wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators. For dining, you’ll have 2 large tables and a large island/bar with additional seating. The large covered deck overlooking the lake has tables, chairs, and a large commercial grade gas grill for large groups. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level; Bedroom #1 is a king master bedroom with standing tiled double shower. Bedroom #2 includes a king with a full private bath. Finally, there is also a family room with a large screen TV and 3 couches and a half bathroom.

The middle level features a family room with a large screen TV and 2 couches. All four bedrooms on this floor have a private bathroom in addition to a half bath off the common area. Bedroom #3 is a king master bedroom with standing tiled double shower. Bedroom #4 includes a king and twin bunks, Bedroom #5 includes a king bed, and Bedroom#6 includes a king bed with full size bunks & twin pullout. The covered deck on this level features deck seating.

The lower level features a large rec room with a Ping Pong & Billiards, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and ice maker. There is also a TV room for viewing, gaming, with 2 couches, as well as a half bath. There are three bedrooms on this level, Bedroom #7 includes one king with twin bunks, Bedroom #8 includes a king, Bedroom#9 includes a king, full size bunk beds with a Twin pullout. The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub and additional seating.

This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent.

Lake Daze is situated in Lakeside Estates on 188 acres of scenic mountain land, and surrounded by a private cove on Norris Lake. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, walking trail, private boat ramp, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.

This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to April and after Labor Day our cove can look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you'll have access to the dock, but the boat launch is available year round.
