I didn't even stay no hot water heat wasn't working and the sheets where stained. I tried working out out with a new room or refund but they didn't work with me. I can't find how to communicate with you guys. I want a refund. We stayed in the car in the cold because of how bad it was

The room was a non smoking room and smelled like smoke so much and the room heater was working overtime just to keep the chill off the room let alone warm. Owner was great tho super nice.
