Will not be returning back here. I will start with the front desk staff. Extremely rude upon check in, I get it if you don't like your job but don't take it out on customers. We get into the room late and the reason? The heat is not working so they were fixing it. Great! New heat! - Wrong! The heat did not work, blowing out cold air. The maintenance man stopped by and was clearing hoping to do something but had no idea what he was doing - this was a job for an electrician or something. We call the front desk to get a time frame and again, rude. No problem - we leave and go to dinner. Almost 4 hours later the heat is still blowing cold air (did I mention it was 3 degrees out?). Call front desk again - no remorse or refund here - and someone is on the way. The heat was ultimately fixed shortly after. This left a bad taste in my mouth as far as service goes.
The hotel itself was a little dingy but could be overlooked. If you are thinking about breakfast, think again. The room is a tight squeeze with tables in the hallway and not many options nor availability on food.
The walls were thin and you could hear everyone moving around and shutting doors. The room itself was fine, could be cleaned more but the bed was comfy and the tv worked so at least that is the upside.
