The front desk staff was mediocre. Chip was a gentleman and true professional. Chip left a great impression upon my arrival and took ownership to see that I was familiar with the property. The remaining day staff appeared somewhat stoic. Thank you for this opportunity. Best Regards, RW For example, i was in a room and wanted to extended my stay and when I went downstairs in the morning (per the evening) desk attendant instructions, the young gentleman and the 2 ladies appeared disinterested in my wanting to extend my stay and seemed more interested in expressing the hotel policy than getting to the point that they would do every possible to accommodate me regardless of timeliness. Subsequently, I went to the priority check-in office and the the lady seated on the right desk took care of me instantly. I was very appreciative.
