Bad experience .. stay somewhere else.

The desk clerk ignored me and another customer while we waited to check in. I reserved a suite from Hotels.com and the clerk informed me the suite did not allow a dog, although the website I used didn't state any dog exception for this room.The hotel clerk and manager had no ownership of what was published on hotel.com After 10 hrs driving we were stuck with a single tiny room, dark and shabby, and not comfortable. Hotels.com customer service management did compensate us for the stay.

We found the bed very comfortable; the breakfast options were good, and there is a Dunkin’ a few minutes walk away and a Cracker Barrel across the street, along with several other chain eateries.
