Poor customer service

My only issue, was that I tried to check in early, even though there wasn't a car on site. They said the entire place was not ready for visitors. Every single room was being cleaned at that moment. The lady behind the counter, didn't even try to look if anything was available.

Have had better stays there

Easy advanced checkin. Room was clean, bed comfortable and shower was great. We did get the upgraded room. However kids in the pool and Jacuzzi were jumping from one to the other. Not very relaxing in the Jacuzzi. Also kids making lots of noise till around 2am. Did not get a good night sleep.

I wasn’t expecting luxury but I was a little disappointed. The rooms weren’t as clean as it should be even for a motel. The pool was questionable but the hot tub was filthy. Breakfast was not worth it. However, we weren’t there to stay in the hotel all day. Just a place to rest after a snow day.
