We were running late and tried to call the property several times and no answer , If you decide to stay be there check in before 9pm , we got stuck in traffic an they freeway was closed for 3 hours , not the hotels fault But atleast answer the phone

They are remodeling. If you are going to remodel rooms don’t rent them out until the remodel is fully done. We had white paint runs down the wall from the ceiling being repainted. Over painting on some walls from other walls. Neither of our can lights had bulbs in them and one of them didn’t even have a beauty ring on it. The tub felt like you were going to fall through the bottom of it.

There was a hole in the wall. There was a huge spider in the bathroom. The bedding was dirty and had stains on it. There were black hairs in the bed) I have light brown hair. There was one roll of tp that was almost empty. They wouldn’t bring me one up and said I needed to come down to get it. Overall not a great experience at all

First room the toilet would not flush and the tv did not work. Second room no one left the AC on to cool it. The AC is a wall unit that is located next to the bed. Had to open the window to let in cooler night air. Lots of freeway noise.

this is a very good hotel, convenient to the interstate, really close to good dinning and gas stations. We will probably use this property to do our stayover on our trips North and back South for the future.

Trash & food on the floor of our room. Bath towels dingy gray & stained. Finger prints on mirrors, curtains were torn & the window was taped up. Holes in the walls & chips of dry wall/paint on floor. Lobby & stairway carpet dirty & worn. This will be our last stay at a Comfort Inn, ever.
