The lodge was pretty and the rooms comfortable. It was great having a restaurant at the hotel after a long day of travel. Every staff member was fantastic - very friendly and personable. They all had great recommendations. The kitchen staff offered suggestions to make some vegetarian dishes a little off menu - excellent service! The hotel was at the end of the "town trail" for nice walks.

no front desk service from midnight to 7 am Air conditioner wasn't working and without front desk we didn't get help until 8:15 am, by then we were hot, tired,exhausted which made us irritable and the rest of the time in Brian Head miserable. I hope to never go back again. Parowan is a better place to stay than Brian Head. - restaurant in lodge doesn't offer food from 11am to 5 pm- smaller towns have more options than this.

Unbelievable! I spoke with whoever answered the phone on the day of the reservation. I received a text saying their hot water was not working and that I would be able to cancel my reservation without any penalty! But still I have not received a credit on my credit card after numerous attempts! This morning I spoke with someone else who was going to take care of it yet I got an email from Expedia asking for the name and position of the person I spoke with!!

The location, while off the beaten path was well worth the drive up. We were given complimentary tickets to ride the Lift up, that was unexpected. So worth it. We were here in the off season so it was quieter and it was a nice to get out of the heat. The room was cozy, some signs of ware but it didnt spoil our experience.

Accommodations needs some attention. The shower and bathroom sink water temperature would go to extreme, not sure why but it needs to be corrected. The room above us had children that were up running throughout their room on both nights. Up until 11:50 pm and up on Saturday morning at 6:17 am.
