The property needs some TLC. Had to have the TV remote fixed. Only 1 luggage cart that never appeared. Wallpaper coming off. 1 elevator broken. Bed was comfortable and clean. It was just a mediocre hotel in need of repair. Kinda unusual for this brand. I wont be staying again.

Comfortable bed but that’s it. The room is in disrepair. The ac was blowing freezing cold with no way to turn it off. At 5:00 am it shut off completely. One elevator was out of order. The other - service elevator had no air, and was hot and smelled bad. Too many negatives for me.

I travel a lot! This hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at. The walls are paper thin! It stunk so bad in there! The rooms were dirty and smell. The shower curtain was so moldy. The shower was so dirty we couldn’t even shower.

Walls and curtians were full of dust. Bathroom did not havea shower matt and i slipped each time i got in. The shower had stains. The air contioner kept clicking off at night and the room would get hot and wake us. Staff was not nice and wanted to. Harge us more than what expedia cost.
