We’ve stayed here multiple times, we come back because it is a nice decent hotel for family at a decent price. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is decent, lots of options. The room we stay in does always seem to have something wrong. Not big enough that we don’t come back just small things that came he fixed. Like dirty shower, smelly room, room service not done all the way but when you ask a staff if gets fixed.
When we came back to the hotel only one bed was made the other was half made. The used towels were not removed but we did get new towels.

Very noisy. Barking dogs, loud kids, slamming doors, paper thin walls so we could hear kids jumping and running! Ridiculous. Then a large metal object sticking out from the side of the bed just enough to hit your foot/ankle! Hurt like hell!

Room in good condition with the exception of the shower. Mold in the corners. I decided to go without a shower during my stay. A major disappointment was that the room had no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker or any cups for water.

Room was nice. Breakfast was nice but Dustin a kitchen staff member had his wife and children there running in and out of the kitchen. I dont feel that was sanitary and because he was busy with them the other staff had to work harder.

Sarah at the front desk was most helpful when I called to say I left my wedding ring in the room we stayed at. She went way beyond her duties to look for the ring. Unfortunately they could not find.
