Decent breakfast. Nice gym. Front desk staff was never to be seen when you come in or exit the hotel. It's always unattended. There is a smell to the hallways and rooms. Pungent smell. Main lobby smells welcoming. Once you get off the elevators, cover your nose.

The first room I checked into was not cleaned at all. I went back to the front desk and got a new room. When I got to the second room, it was what I had reserved-I reserved a king and got a room with double queens. I went back to the front desk where they said all the rooms like the one I reserved were occupied. That’s fine, but no one said anything to me about that until I brought it up when I made sure I was paying for what I actually received.

Great!! But bed.

Everything was great, except the comfort of the bed and pillows, and the ac was on a sensor. So it would warm up when we slept. The pillows were hard a rock, and I woke up with back pain from the bed. We got the studio, and the other 2 times we stayed there we got the suite. This was the first time we had issues with comfort. Everything release was fantastic. Clean, good breakfast, decent pool area. Close to many different things. Friendly staff, fair price. Perfect, except for that.

When you pay that much for a suite you should have good service. Also the living room tv did not work.
