My flight was cancelled because if Storm Fern and i was quite tired and had a lotnif work. The women at the front desk at the Montrose Hampton Inn were so kind and accomodating! They had a shuttle driver take me tona local resstaurant and pick me uo. Then at 5 AM after a wirk meeting they whisked to the airport so I could make my 7 AM flight. There was a lot of snow outside and walking with my roller bag was a slog on the way there the day before. Winderful, kind people in a drustrating travel week!

Room was clean, bed comfortable. No microwave in the rooms. Guests have to use the one in the lobby, and at times are lines due to others who are there for work using it for frozen dinners. Staff was nice. The transportation van is always parked right in front of the door so when you check in and have to transport your luggage to the room with their dolly, you have to go around everything to get to the car. Took a shower first night, no conditioner was on the bottle in the shower. My hair is thick and 3 feet in length, a real mess to deal with without conditioner. Had I known I would have gotten some before I showered. I normally don’t complain, but when a half way decent room costs over $300 for 2 nights the expectations are higher.
