Advertise that there is a resturaunt and bar. It’s only open Thur-Fri and from outside looks run down and unkept! The freezer was caked with frost and ice machines were not working on all floors. TV was small and with dish the channels were limited and fuzzy. I was very disappointed for my R and R night!

Garbage wasn't picked up in room or on floor areas. No soap in bathroom. Pool was cold too cold to use. Not the cleanest hotel.

I had a reaction to something either with the bed sheets or the pool water. My arms turned red and they itch like crazy. Tried to tell the front desk lady but she was very dismissal to me .she was rude and couldn't be bothered. Just gave me a card told me to call them.

Sadly, i don't expect much, but i do expect the staff to know something about the hotel, like how to get to my room. I expect keys to work, and when they don't, please don't give me a new one and say you hope it works. If you work at the hotel and see something gross in the hall, don't kick it aside and let it sit for 24+ hours. Stop telling me you meant to hang a sign on the broken ice maker and please, get a tv service that isn't like watching tv in the 70s with snow on every channel.

When I Arrived With My Wife I Found Hair In The Bathroom, Dirty Coffee Filter And With Residues Of Use, My Wife Entered The Bathroom And Found A Broken Or Old Towel. Later When Going Out To A Restaurant We Can'T Enter Door #5 It Doesn'T Work So We Had To Look For Another Entrance To The Hotel; The Keys Didn'T Work And We Had To Go To The Lobby, The Next Day After Leaving The Pool The Keys Stopped Working Once Again. Between All That A Lot Of Stress Having To Walk The Whole Hotel To Get To The Lobby Again.

It was really nice, the tv had basic cable so the kids were able to watch their favorite cartoons! The weather wasn’t on our side this go around but the hotels pool really made the stay. It was clean and well kept.
