Nice, Quiet Stay

Easy checkin procedure after making the reservation through Hotels.com. 80’s decor, but beds newer and comfortable. Room was clean and the on site restaurant was great! Very quiet during our stay as well. Location was ideal to our daughter’s place and lots of dinner & shopping options.

As I told the front desk when we checked out this was the worst nights sleep at a hotel. Their HVAC needs major repairs, each time the heat would come on it sounded like a jet airplane engine and woke us up. When it turned off it was a constant sound like a squeak/cricket. We have stayed here several times but this time was very disappointing. The front desk clerk shared she was aware of the HVAC issue and knew it hasn’t been fixed/dealt with. :-( We did try to dine at The Field last night but were told it was a 1.5 hour or longer wait so we had to leave the property to find another restaurant.

Honest review

We needed to have our room switched because there was a water type noise coming from the ceiling They gave an equal room with no hassle. The room was vey warm and when I went to turn down the heat the ac/heating system made a huge noise like a freight training But then my husband fixed it and it stopped. The toilets kind of knocked when flushing, afterwards everything was good. The room did not have a fridge But with all said it was fine for 1 night The young man at the service counter was wonderful.

Front desk staff were great - friendly and quick. Room is basic and could use an update. Bed was very comfortable. Best thing was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and engaging. They know what they are doing.
