I think this hotel can be good. I can tell they are trying to get there. The pictures are brighter than the hallways actually are. My room didn't look like any in the pictures. Furnitre was dinged up. Courtyard looked family friendly. Lobby not as much. Bed was comfortable. Doors are really loud when they close.

The people who work here are very kind spirited. The floor was sticky; the room stank like dirt and cigarettes; there was a beer can outside our door as we walked in; the couch had white spots all over it; the skirt of the bed and pillow cases had spots in them. It was nasty. We went to the gas station in the morning to wash our face and when we got home we washed everything in our bags to get the smell out and took showers.

Our bathroom was disgusting with smears on the toilet seat, hairs leftover, crumbs of some kind on the toilet seat, sliding door was left unblocked, dirt and gravel on the floor in front of the sliding door, and stains on one of the bed sheets

Coffee was not drinkable. Eggs were runny on bottom and tough on top. Potatoes cooked in rancid oil. Biscuits tough. For 3 nights, only had limited maid service the first night. Facilities & amenities very aged, and in poor condition.

Property was awful on the outside. Grass was tall, trash all over. I even stayed in lot to make sure i had the right hotel. Whole area very sketchy. Inside smelled musty and was very outdated. My room was smelly and no counter in bathroom fir toiletries. To top it all they had bed bugs in neighboring rooms. Booked for 2 nights, stayed one night, left at 6am the next morning...didnt even care to get a refund. Staff was not friendly. Pictures on website had to be 50 years ago. Never again....worse experience i have ever had! Wish I could rate less than terrible.

Upon arrival the card terminals were “down” and they were trying to do cash only. After 30-40min they finally worked something out to collect a payment through a link. My shower also didn’t work, front desk couldn’t figure it out so they had to have the maintenance guy come from his house to get it situated. Maintenance guy was very nice and apologetic. It was a place to stay only option I had, will more than likely avoid this place in the future.
