Room had horrible “musty” smell; bed was very uncomfortable, and LOUD. Sounded like mattress or box spring was made of crumpled metal.

The heat didn’t work at all. It was very cold in the rooms. Also the employee was very rude. Locked us out of our room several times complaining to have card problems. The next time it was we got a complaint about a tv being loud. Never stay here.

The only issue i had was that hotels.com lied and said there was no rooms available when i booked for tuesday and it was rooms available and i had to pay regular price instead the normal price and no apologies for the inconvience

The bathroom sink sprayed all over the countertop when you turned it on. That was really the only complaint... The price was right, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there wasn't a lot to choose from for breakfast but for the price it was great.

Locking your door during the day is annoying. The service employees eating out where patrons are is unprofessional. Your light breakfast is rude, especially when you increased hotels fees during U of I mom's weekend. Your reservation people could be more welcoming and not throwing out your policies.
