Rooms weren’t cleaned well, night staff stayed in the office looking at their phones all night, hard to get their attention even to pay for snacks, it’s across the street from a very loud factory that runs 24/7.

Clean room. Plenty of room. Comfy beds. Guest check in agent was helpful.

During my stay on [date], in room number [room number], I experienced multiple bed bug bites. After noticing the bites, I checked the bed and found signs that suggest the presence of bed bugs. This situation caused significant discomfort and concern for my health and safety. I was very disappointed by this experience, as I expected a clean and safe environment. I kindly request that you investigate this issue immediately and take appropriate action to ensure that other guests do not encounter the same problem. Additionally, I would appreciate your response regarding possible compensation or a refund for this stay, given the condition of the room. Please let me know how you plan to address this matter. Liked location, staff were very nice, but very understaffed. Check in was great, room was clean and nice. Good bedding and nice bathroom. Drapes did not block light though, and a lot of noise from outside. Breakfast was not planned well as front desk was doing both jobs, so no forks/ran out of coffee and foods.

The rooms were clean but it wasn’t supplied very well, no hand towel only bath towels, only one shampoo nothing else, no Kleenex, no coffee maker. It was a suite with stove, microwave and full size fridge but no plates or cups and nothing to cook with, and no ice cube trays which would be ok if they had an ice machine in the building.

Staff was very nice. Room had a towel from previous occupant. The room was not well sound insulated.
