Everything was very professional

While the hotel is located near the airport, the shuttle service is quite inconvenient. It only runs every two hours, which results in significant waiting time. Additionally, at Terminal 2, there is a lack of clear signage or directions for locating the shuttle pickup point, making the process confusing for guests. Due to these issues, we ended up taking a taxi instead, as the shuttle was not practical. The hotel is also situated far from major attractions, meaning you’ll need to rely on taxis or trains to get around, adding both time and extra cost to your trip. During peak hours, taxis can be difficult to find, and we even had to take a separate shuttle just to reach a train station. Overall, this hotel may not be the best choice if you have limited time and plan to explore Singapore, as the transportation challenges can significantly impact your experience.

Clean rooms , noisey hallway can hear people walking above room and hotel a bit run down

Good for a sleep … if you can get any . Was pretty noisy with doors slamming etc … but a 10 hour stopover … it’s better than lying in the airport . 😬

Good sized room & extra large bed - although firm mattress. Excellent large shower but nowhere to hang towels or put toiletries in the bathroom. The handbasin was in the main room with no towel rail. Our room was on the 18th floor , so good views but near lifts so constant noise from elevator motors making it hard to sleep. Breakfast had a great selection and the pool was excellent.
