I would never stay here again. Not clean, the room smelled so bad that I had to pull my T-shirt up over my nose while being in my room. The locks did not work well. There were definite druggies everywhere. It was a horrible experience and I am not one to complain. Don’t stay here!!

The room, had stains on the walls, ceiling/walls were peeling. Carpet needed to be washed or shampooed. The AC unit was not cold enough felt like the fan was on the whole time. I get to my room and I can’t use my phone or iPad. I pay a cell phone bill so I can use my phone. Yall gonna block cell phone signal to use your WiFi then to get some type on good connection. You have to pay for the better WiFi signal.. that’s why we pay the cell phone bill to have service when needed. Place is a dump.

the front desk representatives were very helpful and friendly. We had some issues with our room that they resolved. Hotel seems older than the photos on hotels.com. Location was good and central close to shopping, food and a quick trip to Maryland.

The property wasn’t bad for the price & location. I guess they are doing some work. Only 1 of the elevators worked. The hotel had an old smell which irritated my lungs. The sofa in the room could have used some cleaning. The staff was nice. Our tv was on analog so we had to call someone & they came right up & fixed it. The bathroom floor was slippery. There was a lil sign on the toilet that said if you wanted a slip proof Matt to go down to the front desk. That’s something g that should be in every room. We managed with the floor towel. Overall it’s conveniently located. Breakfast was ok.

This is a standard motel with some major drawbacks. The area is commercial industrial, with heavily traffic and minimal green space. The room was dingy in need of renewal. The worst part was the service - impersonal in the extreme. There was no conflict or rudeness, but I did try to call three times during business hours the day before and day of my arrival, and no one answered the phone. I witnessed while staying there the phone ringing and being ignored by the attendant. Again, no conflict or outright rudeness, but certainly not welcoming or helpful.
