We booked two rooms. The rooms could have been much cleaner, one room the air conditioning stopped working in the early am hours and we woke up to no hot water in the shower. This was after waiting an hour and a half for a recommended pizza delivery.

A rate of this hotel average due to our room location which was near the elevator very noisy throughout the night on top of it there was a tour group of young students there who were very noisy throughout the night. Property would’ve gotten a better rating but it was just very noisy with the elevator which I think needs service and just the Residence that night we must’ve been from a tour group were very very noisy. Hotel was clean but an older property showed wear and tear.

There wasn't anything negative at all! My stay was lovely! The property is very nice! Very clean! I really loved the big shower! The shades in my room made it nice and dark, the way I like to sleep. They have a great staff of employees! Very committed to their guests comfort!
