This was the second time we stayed here. The hotel is neat and clean, the breakfast and coffee make it easy in the mornings, and the staff is amazing. We will continue to stay at this Avid when we visit the area.

The TV did not stream and you had to use your phone to access all streaming and it never worked. They sent someone up to replace our remote (that didn’t work either) and to assist with the streaming but she was unable to get it to respond ! The room reeked of cigarettes after returning from dinner and we complained about that too. They gave us some IHG reward points for the inconvenience but not sure I would ever stay in an IHG property and definitely not this one !
