This property was very clean. The staff was friendly. And the location is great. If you're looking for convenience without the cost of Charleston, you can't go wrong here. My only complaint was regarding the mattress and that's just a personal preference. It seemed to be a foam mattress, which many people love. However, I prefer a firm mattress. If that doesn't bother you, then this is the place to stay!

Would Stay Again in a Heartbeat!

This was a great location for our first time visit to Charleston, SC. It was minutes from a variety of touring interests, especially Boone Hall Plantation (a must-see). We were convenient to historic tour offerings of the city and then able to retreat to the less congested affordable Mount Pleasant area for dining and lodging. The Cambria is a modern, immaculate facility with the friendliest staff. Sunshine at the front desk was the best and in text communication daily to make sure our stay accommodations were being met. We were very impressed with the attention and services offered at this price-point.

I stayed at Cambria Hotel Mount Pleasant - Charleston this past weekend, from Friday to Sunday and overall had a good experience. The front desk attendant was nice and polite, which made check-in smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained—definitely appreciated after a long drive. The only issue was the noise from a group staying for a nearby baseball tournament. At times, it sounded like kids were running up and down the halls and possibly throwing balls against the walls, which disrupted the otherwise quiet atmosphere. Despite that, the hotel itself was great—modern, comfortable, and in a convenient location. I’d consider staying here again, hopefully during a quieter weekend.
