Breakfast was wonderful and plenty. Lots of items to choose from. Curt and Diamond from the front desk.were friendly and accommodating. Curt went out of his way to see we had a great stay. Location is great, close to center city, Fort Sumnter ferry and great restaurants at Shems creek.

Stayed over a weekend for softball tournament at The Shipyard. This location was an easy 20 minute drive and close to good restaurants, shopping and the beach. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The washer and dryer on site were nice for washing uniforms after a post game trip to the beach. Breakfast was good with lots of options. I would stay here again!

Perfect location, spacious rooms

We booked a last minute family trip. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a pull out couch and everyone had more than enough room to sleep comfortable. The staff (Precious greeted us) was super nice and my kids were especially excited about the breakfast. The location was perfect for our days spent in historic Charleston or days spent at the beach. We never felt like we had to drive far. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is in need of a complete update!! The furniture in the lobby is old and stained. The elevators ran well but looked dated. The carpets in the hallways and the rooms need to be steam cleaned like yesterday! Our room smelled of cigarette smoke. The bathroom were clean but small! The beds were comfortable but the first bed the sheet had a stain on it so we switched to the other bed. The coffee was horrible so we did not even eat breakfast. So I don't have any reviews for the breakfast area. The staff was very kind and helpful. I would only stay at this hotel for one night which was all we needed. If I was staying longer, I would have moved hotels.
