Rooms need renovating, headboards were in disrepair, baseboards coverings were coming undone, bathroom mirror light didnt work, sheets had some stains on them, overall wear and tear of the room, elevators were stopping abruptly on each level, elevators were not clean. At best, this is a 3 star hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The employees that I met were nice and helpful. The room was very clean and decorated nicely. I never had an issue finding parking, even on a weekend evening. Great shopping and restaurants close by. There is even a restaurant and bar in the hotel. I will definitely stay here every time I visit Charleston!

Convenient and close to the airport. Room was feeling a little old. Close to the elevator and not quiet, and was woke up every time someone came through. Ask the desk for a wake up call that I never got. Clock in the room was not set to correct time and couldn’t figure it out. No list of channels fit the tv in room. Room service was good. Overall for the price I paid I felt it way too much!

I have stayed at several Crown Plazas over the years and they have always been top notch. However This one at Charleston Airport was very outdated and run down. Very disappointed.

Overall staff was terrific. Rooms were not, first room was filthy, closet door broken with the wood peeling off. Staff did not hesitate and move us. Second room was better, still felt dirty, ceiling in bathroom was in rough condition with holes and what looked like mold. Decided to just stay as we spent very little time in room.
