Overall the stay was okay. I requested my room to be cleaned & it never happened even with my sign on the door to signal I wanted it clean, talking to the housekeeper AND communicating this with the front desk staff. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk agent I was told the housekeeping staff left for the day & I was given snacks from the hotel store to accommodate the mistake

Called front desk numerous occasions to get blood off bathroom wall. Noticed as soon as we checked in. It was not taken care of. Locks had been tampered with, to go food given was the wrong order, itemized receipt not given and the total was WAY more than expected. This was actually my second trip to Charleston and my second time staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Very nice Accommodations and Very nice staff. The room was comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay here again .
