We arrived at midnight to the hotel exhausted after flying in from Seattle. The night manager, Ijo welcomed us in. She was very thoughtful and kind. Meeting Ijo was the best part of the day and night.

The room and bathroom were clean, which is always a top priority. The lobby was well-maintained and had a nice atmosphere. A great perk was the complimentary bottled water available 24/7. However, the coffee—both in the room and in the lobby—was disappointing and could use improvement. Despite that, the hotel overall was a good and clean choice, and I would consider staying here again.

Had a great stay at this Hampton Inn. Easy to walk to the Tanger Outlets and a 5 minute drive to Park Circle. The staff was awesome, solid free breakfast, and the bed and pillows were comfy - I slept like a rock. Could use a little aesthetic updating, but honestly a comfier and better stay than some higher end hotels I've been to recently.

I thought the property was well maintained when I walked in. It was very inviting and welcoming to staff was very friendly and courteous and very knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean and roomy had everything that I needed for a nice day. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to North Charleston.
