My room was clean and nice and comfortable. I have everything that I needed. The staff was very friendly and the shuttle to and from areas in the neighborhood very useful and a definite plus. I’ll definitely choose to stay here in the future when I visit Charleston.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs more of a variety of food choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Unacceptable Conditions

Doubletree on Northwoods Blvd., N. Charleston, SC. My first room the heating and air unit located in the bedroom was very noisy. The room that I was relocated to had 2 leaks by the window and the carpet was drenched; could not walk on that side of the bed. I reported it to the staff and supposedly it was reported to the General Manager but I have yet to receive a call back from them.
