If this sure isn't like the other hyatt houses we've stayed. The entire time we were there.We had one person say hi to us that worked at the hotel and that was doing check in. The free breakfast was horrible when you use powdered water eggs. Sausage patties were often burnt to a crisp. Robes no longer provided for suites. Parking is easy and the bed is soft. Location. Is not convenient because you have to fight traffic with a non traffic light intersection.

I liked staying at this hotel. Everything from the check-in to checkout was on point. Great customer service all around. They had a great breakfast and clean dining area. There was a cook behind the counter making omelets for customers, all the food and drinks were well stocked. The dining room was very bright and exceptionally. Our room was very clean .The bathroom had a walk-in shower and the shower pressure was good and the water stayed hot🙂 Overall this hotel was great I will give it a 9 out of 10. Only because the hallway carpet on my floor smelt a lil funky and people had their dogs. But I get it. It’s a pet friendly hotel and if I had fur babies I would want them to travel with me too😉

Only reason I am giving a 4 star for cleanliness is due to an area of the living room that had a wet carpet the entire stay. Staff were extremely understanding looking into the issue.

Hotel was very clean and contemporary. They provided buffet breakfast each morning. It was typical, but could add making your own waffles. The housekeeping service provided almost daily linen service which nowadays is unheard of. Kudos for the and us! The hotel was located in Mt Pleasant, a more up-scaled area and was only about 20 minutes by car to downtown Charleston.
